Fine Arts

Students will explore various types of drawing, painting and designing to become

familiar with the basic art elements of line, shape, color, texture, space and value. Students will

explore and learn to manipulate materials and tools such as pencils, markers, crayons,

scissors, glue, brushes and paints. Artists such as Kandinsky, Mondrian, Calder, Klee, Seurat,

Matisse and Van Gogh will be introduced.
